Celebrating Diversity & Artistic Expression in Centre Wellington

Centre Wellington is a masterpiece in itself! From the stunning Grand River to the iconic limestone cliffs, our town is a true gem that has inspired countless artists throughout history. With its vibrant seasons and breathtaking beauty, it’s no wonder A.J. Casson of the Group of Seven called our village “Ontario’s most beautiful.” We think you’ll agree!

This year, for Culture Days 2025 (September 19 – October 12), we're inviting all artists and creators to help us celebrate the incredible diversity of artistic expression that makes Centre Wellington so special. Our theme, Canvas of Cultures, is a celebration of how our landscapes, histories, and vibrant community come together to form a dynamic and diverse creative spirit.  All events must be free or pay what you may.

How Can You Participate?

We’re calling on artists, performers, makers, and cultural groups from all walks of life to showcase your work. Whether you’re into visual arts, music, dance, sculpture, or any other form of creative expression, Culture Days 2025 is your chance to shine!

By participating, you’ll be joining a community of passionate creators who bring their unique perspectives to life. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to connect with fellow artists and share your creativity with our entire community!

Want to Get Involved?

1. Sign up: Cultural organizers need to create an account on the official Culture Days website to submit their events. 
2. Submit your event: The official Culture Days website opens in May, and you’ll need to have your event submitted by July 1st to be eligible to apply for the Township’s microgrant funding.

3. Get noticed: After submission you will be notified that your event has been published. It may take up to 48 hours for your event to be published on the website.

Important Note: Only events submitted and published on the Ontario Culture Days website, and microgrant requests received by July 1st, will be considered for funding. If you miss the deadline, you are still welcome to add your event to the website, but it won’t be eligible for the Township’s microgrant funding.
