Libraries

Wellington County Child Care Services provides programs for early learning and child development and manages the licensed child care system in Wellington County. The Community Resource Centre of North and Centre Wellington provides both child care and early years programs for families with young children.

The County of Wellington Solid Waste Services Division provides all garbage and recycling services for the Township. Residents participating in curbside garbage pickup must purchase pre-paid bags.

Centre Wellington residents and businesses may use any of the six County waste facilities.

Both the Belwood Waste Facility and the Elora Waste Facility accept small loads. The Belwood station also accepts wood and brush.

Centre Wellington is home to three Wellington County Libraries located in Elora, Fergus and Aboyne.
