2024 Township Facility Closures for the Holiday Season

CENTRE WELLINGTON – The Township of Centre Wellington would like to remind residents of facility hours of operation throughout the holidays.

Elora Municipal Office

Closing on December 24, 2024, at 4:30 PM, until January 1, 2025, and will reopen on January 2, 2025, with regular hours of operation.

Pilkington Office (Infrastructure Services)

Closing on December 24, 2024, at 4:30 PM, until January 1, 2025, and will reopen on January 2, 2025, with regular hours of operation.

Victoria Park Seniors Centre

Closing on December 24, 2024, at 4:00 PM, until January 1, 2025, and will reopen on January 2, 2025, with regular hours of operation.

Fire Administration Office

Closing on December 24, 2024, at 12:00 PM, until January 1, 2025, and will reopen on January 2, 2025, with regular hours of operation.

Elora & Fergus Tourism Information Centre

The centre will remain open every day from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On statutory holidays, the centre will be closed (December 25, 26, and January 1).

Fergus Grand Theatre

Closing on December 24, 2024, at 3:00 PM, until January 1, 2025, and will reopen on January 2, 2025, with regular hours of operation. Tickets for all shows are available for purchase online at www.fergusgrandtheatre.ca

Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex

Closing on December 24, 2024, at 3:00 PM (shortened day) and will reopen on December 27, 2024. The centre will close again on December 31, 2024, at 3:00 PM (shortened day) and will reopen on January 2, 2025, with regular hours of operation.

All programming/fitness/aquatics has been adjusted on availability on the online registration portal as well as pickuphub.net. Communication has been sent to all weightroom members through ActiveNet, and additional signage is posted advising that weightroom hours will be adjusted for the earlier closures for Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve, and the full-day closures for statutory holidays.

Jefferson Elora Community Centre

Closing on December 24, 2024, at 3:00 PM (shortened day) and will reopen on December 27, 2024. The Centre will close again on December 31, 2024, at 3:00 PM (shortened day) and will reopen on January 2, 2025, with regular hours of operation.
