Township Announces First Property Owner at the Fergus Business Park

CENTRE WELLINGTON – This afternoon, a significant milestone was reached at Centre Wellington’s new Business Park in Fergus. Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited proudly announced the acquisition of 11.5 acres within the Business Park. This property will be instrumental in expanding their production capabilities, marking an exciting new chapter for Hammond Manufacturing and promising growth for our community.

Background
Located in the northeast area of Fergus, with easy access to Highway 6, the new business park provides shovel-ready employment lands.  The 45 acres of land was purchased in January 2020 and is located at 6518 First Line, Fergus.
