If theatre's your flavour, the newly restored Fergus Grand Theatre is just the zing. Featuring live performances throughout the year, it is the proud home of Elora Community Theatre. 

Nestled in the heart of downtown Elora, the Gorge Cinema is a charming, privately-owned movie theatre. Housed in an 1860s heritage building, the cinema features all the latest movies, state-of-the-art digital projection and Dolby surround sound.

Music from the classics to classic rock – is prominent everywhere. You can hear both international and great homegrown talents at local venues and pubs, and enjoy almost three weeks of outstanding musical programming in July, at the Elora Festival. From jazz to Celtic jams, pipe bands to brass bands, we have it in all tempos and genres. Proud home of the Elora Guitar Summit, renowned and up and coming musicians share the stage and visitors can just sit back and enjoy the show.

All our local pubs and restaurants offer live music weekly – here is just a sampling. Savour the east coast charm of the Goofie Newfie or the traditional English roots of the Shepherd's Pub. Steeped in history, the  Brewhouse on the Grand offers dramatic views of the river while the cosy charm of Leslie Public House offers an intimate setting for our fine local talent or head to the Elora Brewing Company once a month for incredible touring artists and locally crafted beer.
